A MOBILE DRONE LAUNCH PLATFORM

One of Iguana Pro’s greatest advantages is its potential to operate as a mobile drone launch platform.

 

Instead of launching UAVs from a fixed coastal position or a large patrol vessel, operators can move rapidly to an optimal launch point by sea or land. 

 

This forward deployment extends the drone’s effective operational range, allowing surveillance and reconnaissance missions to reach areas that would otherwise remain beyond the UAV’s endurance.

 

The platform also enables rapid repositioning between drone flights, making surveillance patterns less predictable and increasing operational flexibility.

 

Because the crew can deploy from the shoreline and operate from concealed coastal positions, drone missions can be conducted without exposing a larger patrol vessel offshore. This reduces the platform’s visual and radar signature while improving crew safety.
